Abstract

Along with the speed of technological development, the requirements and criteria for jobs in the global labor market are changing, and due to the penetration of information and communication technology into the field, old jobs tend to disappear and new jobs are created in some cases. To this extent, the employees in the workplace face the need to continuously develop and improve their competence, knowledge, skills, and attitudes. As a result, international organizations, scientists, and researchers continue to develop models of 21st century global competence, and many countries around the world are developing and experimenting their national models based on those models. In this current research, we aim to start the work of improving the learning outcomes of the program by comparing the content of multiple versions of the comprehensive competence model and investigating whether the comprehensive competence of the learner in the Italian language program is equivalent to the "Toonon" model of the competence of the 21st century Mongolian learner.
