Монголын хүн амын нас баралтын түвшний хандлага түүнийг хөгжиж буй орнуудын түвшинтэй харьцуулах нь Trends and pattern of mortality in Mongolia and it’s comparison with some other developing countries

Abstract

Энэ өгүүлэлд Монголын хүн амын нас баралтын ерөнхий түвшин, чиг хандлага, дундаж наслалт, эхийн эндэгдэл, нялхас, хүүхдийн эндэгдэлийг ялгавартай байдлын тухай өгүүлэхийг зорьлоо. Мөн тус улсын хүн амын нас баралтын түвшин, хандлагыг хөгжиж буй орнуудтай харьцуулж, шинжилгээ хийлээ.

In this article an attempt has been made to analyze the levels and trends of mortality during 1969-1995. For this analysis, CDR, ASDR IMR, life expectancy at birth have been considered. Inspite of good health infrastructure in Mongolia, the level of maternal mortality rate has been higher as compared to other similarly placed countries. Paper tries to explore the possible reason for this. Important determinants of infant and child mortality as well as maternal mortality have been also identified. For improving the mortality situation in Mongolia, the emphasis on mother education and prevention of higher ordered births have been recommended.
