The wise Agvaanchoijirdondov Saint Darba Bandida of Ar Khalka was born in a poor family, in his early age lived with his mother and grandfather, later he received an extraordinary destiny of a Saint.
In his work named “Sacred culture of folks” he wrote about living in peace and harmony, the authorities should be trustworthy and avoid lies and stealing, rules of governing, and how to lead the newly established people’s state. These great preachings are still valuable even today.
