Educational market is one of the movable markets to change following social and economic development of the country within defined period. We got the research of elementary level for marketing from basic five resources such as employers, learners, teachers as well as parents in order to define main factors and competitive capacity of universities and institutes of Mongolia according to research methods of “Test” and evolution indication of customers and we decide to express result of the research in the article.
