Abstract

Mongolian chanting music refers to the music formed when the Mongolian Buddhist scriptures are recited in the Mongolian language. Although it is less in number and less in scope, it has the most national characteristics. It is a very important religious and cultural point in the Mongolian Buddhist recitation music and even in the whole Mongolian Buddhist culture system, and its formation and development directly influenced the Tibetan Buddhism process, it is of far-reaching significance to the development of Mongolian Buddhism. By analyzing the rhythm, rhythm, melodic features, and structural features of Mongolian chanting music, this paper aims to explain the style features of Mongolian Buddhist chanting music.
