Some lexicological peculiarities of Subhashita by Mergen gegeen Luvsandambiijaltsan

Abstract

Mongolian translation of Subhashita by Mergen gegeen Luvsandambiijaltsan should be considered as one of the most valuable monuments of the Mongolian language in the 18^th century. Unfortunately, the translation has not been studied as well as it should. The author has attempted to study and pursue some words while dividing the work into the following parts: Sanskrit words, Tibetan words, loan words and archaic words.
