Abstract

Analyzing selected materials, the system of terms of self consciousness in space provided in the modern Mongolian language, is well developed and almost identical among these languages, indicating great antiquity and of the formation in the period proto-Mongolian language. Turkic elements penetrated into it slightly, and only typologically in peripheral dialects of the Buryat language.
