Abstract

An ancient time, those who were to become the leaders of the state not only diligently learned applied wisdom and knowledge, but admired and followed the insight and education that their ancestors had imparted them with, respected those who possessed high intellect and commanded the state by combining intelligence with cunning; a proven statement as mental acuteness was the most prominent criteria in inheriting the state. In fact, during the rule of Ugudei and Khubilai who were adoring wisdom as a state main policy, Mongolian state was more powerful.
