The purpose of this research paper is to determine students’ fears and obstacles, when speaking English and ways of improving speaking skills of Mongolian students.
Modern teaching methods of foreign languages count on involving the use of different organizational forms and activities, which support such a development. When teaching elementary English, an issue of improving students’ speaking skills comes up. We are living in the era of information technology. Information technology requires high- level speaking skills of English. Speaking skills include several aspects that influence this process. It is more than obvious that a student and a teacher are the most important ones.
