Abstract

Many commentaries of Buddhas teaching were composed and come down to the generation during to generation the period of the spreading and the developing of Buddhism. Therefore those commentaries provide the different characteristics of historical time period which belongs. Specially the prologues of those commentaries were written in a different characters of contents and different views. These articles are trying to explain the structure of prologues of Sutra and Shashtra and it is divided into three parts. In the first part: A small introduction about the difference characteristics of Sutra and Shashtra. In the second part: The tradition of prologue of Sutra. In the third: A explanation of prologue Shasgtra.
