Abstract

1. In this paper, we shall examine the capital punishment which is the aspect of applied ethics and

its teaching methodology. Philosophy and human rights problems are always open to all and they usually related to values. Thus, philosophy and human rights are intermingled. We examined several philosophical views on death penalty, such as from Cesare Beccare, Immanuel Kant and Michel Foucault and others. Also, there is always a contradiction between argument against and for the death penalty and we tried to compare its philosophical source in this paper.
