The alpha decay of ground and high excited states is considered from the view-point of statistical model as two independent processes: perforation of alpha particle on the nucleus and penetration of the alpha panicle through centrifugal and Coulomb barriers. The reformation and penetration factors are calculated for the alpha decay of the ground and high excited states. The alpha decay of the ground and high excited states of Nd-144 nucleus was analyzed using the cluster model and performed alpha particle model. It was showed that the results obtained by these models are different.
