Inclusive education system and its implementation: cases of Mongolia and Japan

In recent years, many countries have been paying attention to the inclusive education issue. It is common to understand the inclusive education only as a matter of special needs education. However it also includes both formal and informal education. With the creation of an inclusive education environment, every citizen will have the opportunity to receive equal and accessible education. Therefore, an inclusive educational environment is considered important. In this article, it is aimed to study and compare the basic concepts of inclusive education and how inclusive education is reflected in the laws and regulations of Mongolia and Japan, as well as what measures are being implemented in these countries.
