Peer Review Policy

The Business and Innovation journal applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the integrity, quality, and objectivity of published research. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are initially screened by the editorial team for compliance with submission guidelines and thematic relevance. Suitable manuscripts are then sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the field.

Reviewers are selected based on their academic background and subject expertise. Identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. The typical review time is 4–6 weeks. Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editorial board will make one of the following decisions:
- Accept as is
- Accept with minor revisions
- Revise and resubmit
- Reject

The final decision on publication lies with the Editor-in-Chief. The journal adheres to COPE guidelines on peer review ethics and reviewer responsibilities.
