Archiving Policy

The Business and Innovation journal ensures long-term preservation of all published content. The journal employs the following archiving practices:

• All journal content is securely stored on the official servers of the National University of Mongolia (NUM), with regular backups performed to ensure data safety and integrity.
• Full issues and individual articles are archived and maintained in PDF format.
• Backup copies are retained on institutional repository systems as part of the university’s internal digital preservation policy.
• In the event that the journal is no longer published, all archived content will remain accessible via the journal’s official website and NUM’s institutional repository.

These measures are in place to ensure that content remains accessible, discoverable, and citable for the long term.
