Abstract

Ensuring project success and sustainability has become one of the key challenges facing managers today. By effectively utilizing data analytics, organizations can optimize resource allocation, manage project flows more efficiently, reduce risks, and make evidence-based decisions. The implementation of Data-Driven Decision-Making (DDDM) enables managers to make higher-quality, real-time, and adaptive decisions that are grounded in accurate information. This approach not only enhances project performance, efficiency, and effectiveness but also strengthens organizational competitiveness and contributes to long-term sustainable value creation.
The purpose of this study is to identify the key factors influencing the successful implementation of data-driven decision-making in project management and to examine the interrelationships among these factors.
