The article mentions the current Mongolian social and economic conditions and foreign, domestic circumstances of spreading the new religious movements in the country. It classified and clarified list of common names of new religious movements, which are functioning in Mongolian society and highlighted some negative effects, they might impact society. This writing based on American psychologist Margaret Singer’s the study on the brain washing, mind control methods used by new religious movements.
