Abstract

The important indicators in determining the problems of the political scope and its reality are citizens’ attitudes towards the political process, social and political psychological phenomena, and political behavior based on political awareness, traditions, values, and cultures. The article compares Mongolians understanding of political knowledge and citizenship, how they realize and implement the rights and duties granted by the democratic constitution, the different interests of social groups, and the public and experts' opinion on political knowledge. By comparing the past and the present, how the ideas and thoughts passed down to the establishment of the political values of Mongolians have changed and adapted to the modern democratic system. It was clarified by the attitude of citizens towards the state, government and social system, and the social, economic and political factors that influenced it. In order to find out whether the changes in the political behavior of Mongolians have an effect on the establishment of democratic values and the strengthening of the democratic system, a factor analysis was performed and the problem was analyzed.
