Abstract

The attitude of the Mongolian state to religion was different from time to time historically and it is stating in this article regarding how the Mongolian state had been trended to Buddhism in the first half of XX century.
And we have attained to mention regarding ”Central commission against religion” was
established affiliating to the Central Committee /CC/, Mongolian People‟s Revolutionary Party briefly as well as the affairs were implemented by the commission based on its relevant historical and archival documents , materials and evidences. Therefore we have considered comprehensively regarding the orders, resolutions and decisions issued from the meetings / Sessions I-VIII 1929, Sessions I, II 1930, and Sessions I, II, III, YI 1931 /held by the commission.
At that time, however the state trends to religion was unkind and threatening, the buddhist monks, who became the commons , were not left behind and even so the attention to solve their social lives was not so bad. But it is reasonable to say that it was a preventive provision for them from being attracted to the Buddhism again, but otherwise it was a goal-seeking arrangement to strengthen the emergent rule being created recently.
