Abstract

The thesis concluded the Buhehesik’s editing and publishing activities from the leader which possessed the chief editor quality and the excellent entrepreneur that proficient in press operation and manage-ment. The Buhehesik’s thought of the editing and publishing was reflected following four aspects: persisting in editing books by Mon-golian, advocating the freedom of the press, committed to publish classic publications, pay attention to the value and novelty of the work etc.
