Abstract

Essence of television is not to change
depending on forms of ownership. Combined
or integrated forms may occur with the
demands of the time as a result of effects of
new changes and evolutions on types of
products, structure and activity forms. In any
cases, the ultimate destination of
conditionality of televisions must be the
journalism responsible before the society.
Commercial televisions are undergoing
shortcomings in quality of journalism
products, operating not at professional but
rather at amateur level, and copying a little
better products of overseas of other domestic
televisions. Thereby, social and human
values and ethical aspects which are main
criteria set in the frames of policy and
objectives of TV programs, are neglected.
