Abstract

In this paper, the author speaks of the
fact that citizens of modern society are able to
obtain any information with the help of new
technologies, as well as able to process, to
save, and to spread such information further.
In this regard, representatives of citizen
journalism and social media in the course of
distribution of information warn that it is
impossible to exclude some legal issues.
Representatives of citizen journalism and
active members of social media in the course
of distribution of information state the
international standards of ethics, some legal
issues of the Law of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on Mass Media and
Communications.
