Abstract

With the development of the Internet,
people's access to information has become
more diverse. The rapid development of a
group of self-media platforms represented by
WeChat public platform has changed the
mode of information dissemination, further
reduced the cost of information dissemination
and communication, and enriched access to
information. At the same time, because of the
"shampoo" behavior has a high hidden, low
cost, multi-form characteristics, this troubled
from the media and even the healthy
development of the Internet problems also
appear. The main reasons are difficulty of
identification at the legal level, the drive of
economic interests, the weak supervision of
self-media platform, the lack of professional
"gatekeeper" from the media, and the lack of
strong constraints on both sides, which
exacerbates the proliferation of "washing
manuscripts" in the media industry. This paper
mainly focused on the "shampoo"
phenomenon analysis, and from the legal
level, industry supervision, public awareness
and other aspects of the search for solutions.
