Abstract

In this analysis, the author discusses
the importance of information transparency
and open data. In doing so, it examined the
compliance of state-owned mining companies
with the Glass Account Law, which was
enacted to improve information transparency.
It reviewed whether the information deposited
in the glass accounts of state-owned mining
companies met open data standards and
requirements, and suggested ways to further
improve it.
