Abstract

The purpose of this critique is to
review the monograph of Dr. B. Galaarid,
a researcher of journalism, titled
“Development and Maturation of
Mongolian Free Press,” and to evaluate its
theoretical and practical benefits and
shortcomings. The author highlights the
specifics of each chapter, and offers some
methodological recommendations that
need to be considered in future research.
It also describes the contribution of this
work to journalistic research.
