Abstract

In his scientific article, “A lot of
information and the historical significance of
the “Little Note””, Dr. T.Baasansuren for the
first time conducted a detailed analysis of the
article by Sonombalzhir Buyannemekh,
written in 1920, from the point of view of
journalism. The researcher found that this
note on the preparation and development of
the People's Revolution of 1921 contains 22
important facts and information that can be
divided into documents relating to the People's
Revolution of 1921, its main goal, preparation
and organization, and information about the
life and creative activity of S.Buyannemekh.
The author emphasizes the presence
of invaluable facts related to D.Sukhbaatar,
Kh.Choibalsan, D.Bodoo and other revolu
tionaries who led and organized the People's
Revolution of 1921, as well as to the creation
of the Provisional People's Government in
Altanbulag. The author also notes that from
this document one can obtain important
information about the recruitment of the
People's Army in Kyakhta and the contacts of
the revolutionaries headed by D.Sukhbaatar,
with Russia and the Far Eastern branch of the
Comintern in the city of Irkutsk at that time.
"A small note" by S.Buyannemekh is a
very important and valuable document, as a
mirror reflecting in a concise and clear form
the revolutionary people's movement and the
events of 1920-1921. The author concludes
that a journalistic note written by S.Buyanne
mekh, a singer and trumpeter of the People's
Revolution of 1921, no longer exists in
Mongolian journalism. This determines the
historical value and great artistic significance
of the "Little Note" of the great educator S.Buyannemekh, the author concludes.
