Abstract

In this article, the author explains basic importance of cognitive television program. Television is considered to be an important invention of this century. Nowadays television has evolved so much that it has fundamentally transformed everyone lives. People can watch news, sports various channels also offering series and cognitive and educational programs on science, medicine and so on. Television has succeeded in providing entertainment, excitement and also one of the greatest educator tools. In addition, television programs are considered can influence both individual and socially it’s behavior and mental. As we need to increase the quality and quantity of cognitive television programs.
