Abstract

This review evaluates journalistic researcher Dr. M. Naranchimeg's monograph entitled “The Secret History of the Mongols” (an analysis of the recording methods and forms of “The Secret History of the Mongols” based on the theoretical concept of journalism), discussing its achievements and some shortcomings in detail. On the basis of these assessments, the review concludes that the author approached the chosen topic from various angles in a creative manner, thoroughly researched the subject, made a clear contribution by studying the “The Secret History of the Mongols” in connection with other social sciences.
