Abstract

Abstract: Today’s working force market demand and requirements for graduates are changing drastically. Individual success, career, organizational eficiency and business success has become increasingly dependent on such factors of human capital and human resources. Certain research shows that no one doubts the professional education and diplomas of university graduates, but they are somewhat dissatisfied with the actual knowledge and skills they have acquired and their application. This is directly related to the content, technology, methodology, practical training and results of all levels of educational institutions that train these specialists. This article is based on an international study of the need for faculty to develop additional skills in addition to academic knowledge, such as “soft skills,” especially as faculty need to develop these skills through the curriculum.
