Abstract
Abstract: Wireless communication tools or mobile phone business was established about 20 years ago in Mongolia and it has been difficult to live without cell phones in today’s lifestyle. The current development of the mobile phone service which is one of the main needs was highly contributed by Mobicom, Skytel, Unitel and G Mobile companies. In this research the first three mobile phone service operators were selected to determine customers behaviour, satisfaction, the currentuse and future attitude. According to the first half year report 2017 of Telecommunication Regulatory Committee (TRC), there are 3,786,858 mobile phone customers, more than a number of total population of the country.
Among 283 people who participated in the survey, 5 for every 10 people are customers of Mobicom, 3 of Unitel and 2 of Skytel. According to the survey, being cheaper calls and text messages is the main reason for customers to choose the company. And also reputation of the company, and package discount and promotion are the other factors for selection. Moreover, Mobicom customers are more satisfied because it has the highest reputation, however, Unitel is reliable and socially responsible and has quality ads, good locations for many branches and Skytel customers are the most satisfied because of its products and service types, price, discounts, good connection and quick service.
