Abstract

Abstract. In the paper, the author considers the possibility of usage of integrative approach in social research. According to the author, integrative approach is theoretical exchange, absorb and empirical integration between various paradigms.Integrative approach occurs in 2 following levels as intersciences and withing concrete one. An example of integrative approach`s usage, the author names the research project “Judiciary salary in Mongolia and its justification” done by Social research Institute, National University of Mongolia in 2013. In above named project, the research team has used interscience colloboration of sociology, psychology and mathematic statistics and combination of qualitative and quantitave methodologies.
