Abstract

Abstract:   Sociologists of Chicago university were the first who researched socio-spatial segregation. general indicators of segregation in sociology are income, education, nationality and lifestyle.  In mongolian society segregation was in Niislel Khuree, in the capital city of Mongolia on the beginning of XX century. The citizens were divided on ethnicity, language, religion and employment status.In our days beginning in 1990 the difference between rich and poor in the capital city is represented spatially and increasing gradually. It's example is 11 Khoroo of Khan-Uul District, the so called area of rich people. On the other hand most residents of suburb ger districts are poor. So these ger districts  are becoming problem for residents and city administration.
