Abstract: Sociology sector of the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law has conducted an express survey '2012.12.21' among the citizens of Ulaanbaatar city on Dec 12, 2012. This article has focused on to describe the spread of news, the subjective involvement for news dissemination, and their positions until this day.
