Abstract

The article deals with the philosophical ideas H. Arendt and existence of prisoners in concentration camps under the domination totalitarian dictatorships in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union 1930s. The question analyzed in the main work H.Arendt '' The origins of totalitarianism '' and at the political philosophy aspect. The article detailed by ideas and conclusions of thinker about the features existence of mass human, suffering and pain prisoners, their brutal torture, that systematically carried out in the Nazi prisons.
