Abstract

The theoretical and practical approaches to the legal conception of Hegel have still had particular status in the contemporary legal studies (jurisprudence). I have aimed to make the comparative study of the Hegel's legal conception and its theoretical-practical issues, that have been considered as theoretical and practical roots of the contemporary legal conception's with Kant's legal philosophy.
