ХЯТАДЫН ХӨРШ ОРНУУДТАЙ ХАРИЛЦАХ ГАДААД ХАРИЛЦААНЫ СТРАТЕГИ БА “ХУВЬ ЗАЯАНЫ ЦОГЦ НЭГДЭЛ” ОЙЛГОЛТ

Abstract

Chinese leader Xi Jinping in his keynote speech at the Boao Forum for
Asia on 7th April, 2013 noted that “Humanity lives in the same global village, we
should promote a concept of Community of common destiny, following the flow of
the time, maintain the right direction, unite together in times of trouble, and push
forward the development of Asia and the world to a new level.” He proposed the
building of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road during his visit to ASEAN Road
countries and his visit to Central Asia in September 2013, respectively. “Belt and
Road” has become a specific policy for China to create a community of common
destiny in neighboring states. In a word, “Community of common destiny” became
a new concept of global governance that has been put forward most vigorously
by China in recent years, especially after Xi Jinping took office. It has become
a main topic in the political field and the core concept of China’s foreign policy.
In this article, the concept of Community of Common Destiny proposed by the
new Chinese government is discussed. The paper addresses the basic direction of
China’s foreign policy in the study of relevant publications of public documents
and official media and sources. It has made reference to the literature of China’s
foreign policy and conducts the research based upon document analysis.
