“ОЛОН УЛСЫН ХАРИЛЦААНЫ ХИЧЭЭЛИЙГ ЗААХАД ТУЛГАРСАН СОРИЛ, ҮР ДҮН, БА САНАЛ: ‘ОУХ-НЫ ҮНДЭС БА ДАЯАРШИЛ’ ХИЧЭЭЛИЙН ЖИШЭЭН ДЭЭР ХИЙСЭН СУДАЛГАА”

Abstract

The vision of the National University of Mongolia has been defined
to be a nationally research-oriented model-university, inspiring the Mongolia’s
further progress that is fully consistent with the world standards. In this sense,
the top priority of the NUM is to prepare nationwide cadres and experts who
manage to valuably contribute to the development of the country by disseminating
newly created knowledge, competitive in the world in the fields of natural, social,
humanitarian and technological sciences. So I have thrived to share my own
experiences teaching IR lessons from the constructivist point of view by enriching
the lesson contents in consistence with world standards; re-designing a course
syllabus and pragmatically conducting seminar lessons based upon the knowledge
creation; and to expose how this helps improve students’ skills and abilities as it
is our main duty to proactively and effectively convey the knowledge to students
aimed at this priority. Thus, I have made analyses on a respective survey from 81
students out of 145 (55.86%) in the fall semester, and from 60 students out of 116
in the spring semester.
