ЭДИЙН ЗАСГИЙН КОРРИДОРЫН ХҮРЭЭНД “ХЯТАД-МОНГОЛ-ОХУ”-ЫН ГУРВАН ТАЛТ ХУДАЛДААНЫ БОДЛОГЫГ УЯЛДУУЛАХ БОЛОМЖ

Abstract

The paper focuses on possibilities to coordinate the trilateral trade policy
engagement among China, Mongolia and Russia in the framework of the economic
corridor. There is a big gap in their economic structure and trading policy options
to connect it closely and effectively based on their different development stages.
Mongolia is considered a landlocked country with a small, fragile economy. China,
Russia are main trading countries around the world and both of them have trade
policy system to tax deduction policy (including lists of non-negotiable goods) for
the least developing countries with natural resources. It is possible that China and
Russia can make the decision to free imports of finished goods by the processing of
raw materials and minerals in Mongolia in reality
