Abstract

2020 will mark 30th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongoli
and the Republic of Korea. While it may seem the two countries’ relationship is
more developed compared to that of other countries’, on its anniversary it is time to
reflect back on the past and re-imagine roadmap to the future. This article explores
ways to re-formulate cooperation philosophy, to re-build trust in the conrext of
cultural premises, to meet political promises, and to plan a win-win economic
partnership based on re-defined values and re-aligned interests.
