Abstract

International relations have become a multipolar system transformed
from a bipolarity that existed during the cold war era in the last half of the 20th
century. More players in the development are being formed that resulted into a
creation of a new mechanism of international relations and cooperation and whose
impacts on the international relations have significantly risen. Regional powers
are aggressively holding and taking part in the multi-party discussions and are
actively running the mechanisms of intergovernmental cooperation
