Abstract

Foreign economic policy is the extension of domestic economic policy.
China’s entry into its new normal stage foretells new idea, pattern and model of
its foreign relations. “The belt and road” strategic policy of China provides good
opportunities of development for the countries and regions along the route. This
paper tries to find out the new understanding,idea,major industries, trends of
investment and finance, and regional integration of Sino-Mongolian cooperation
in economic field after China enters the new normal stage
