Abstract

The research is about geopolitical strategy of “One belt, One road”
initiative proposed by China. The strategy behind China is giving a great
importance to the event is to ensure its energy security. An analysis on the
policy implemented by Chinese government through the dimensions of land and
water to implement the strategy is conducted. While it is too early to evaluate
the whole process of OBOR, China has been taking daring steps to meet the
primary strategy of ensuring its energy security. At this rate, it is agreeable that
probability of China ensuring its energy security out of control of U.S., nearly
one or two decades.
