This article discusses a subject-matter related to the conception of Constitutionalism or a supremacy of the Constitution, including on how the idea of the Constitution is formed, what is the basic structure, features and basic concept of the Constitution, a development outline of the Constitution of Mongolia, the historical overview of implementation of the Constitution, as well as the ways to improve its enforcement in the future.

Эл өгүүлэлд Үндсэн хуульт ёс гэдэг ойлголтод чухам ямар асуудал хамаарах, Үндсэн хуулийн үзэл санаа хэрхэн төлөвшиж бүрэлдэх, Үндсэн хуулийн үндсэн бүтэц суурь үзэл баримтлал гэж юу болох, Монгол Улсын Үндсэн хуулийн хөгжлийн ерөнхий дүр зураг, Үндсэн хуулийн хөгжлийн ерөнхий дүр зураг, Үндсэн хууль хэрэгжиж ирсэн түүхэн онцлог, цаашид төгөлдөржүүлэх арга замын талаар бичсэн болно.
Түлхүүр үг: Үндсэн хууль, иргэний нийгэм, эрх зүйт төр, Үндсэн хуулийн нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт, төрийн эрх мэдлийг хуваарилах, үзэл баримтлал.
