Abstract

The main factor influencing the change and development of the 21st century organization is the  issue of organizational culture and cultural evaluation. Culture is an abstract concept that manifests itself through behavior that understanding the  core and effects, using  in activities, and managing should have in manager's possession. Culture is a powerful invisible tool that directs and constrains the ideas and behavior of employees in an organization.

Formation  a strong positive culture and creating opportunities for cultural change are required inevitably  therefore evaluating and measuring organizational culture is not only necessary to know the current level and situation of culture. The higher the level of culture in the organization, the more customers and partners trust, and benefit from reducing the risks of the organization.As a result of theoretical and methodological research, based on a comparative study of the cultural research methodology of Russian, American, and Japanese scientific organizations, there is a tendency to use the behavioral research test/test method for evaluation of the organizational culture. In particular, assessing the level of culture is better using  evaluation  the level of employee behavior in a company with a long-established culture. Based on research, theory and methodology of practical application, Russian scientists T.O. Solomanidina, I. D. Ladanova are used as  guidance. It is of practical importance to determine the direct result of the cultural level of the organization. It is intended to evaluate the level of the organizational culture by taking a random sample survey from the employees of "Mongol Daatgal" and to process  the results.They are managing customer-oriented activities to improve the competitiveness of our country's business organizations, especially in the trade and service sector, by improving the quality of services by cultivating organizational culture.  The purpose of the research is to evaluate the level of the culture of the object of the company and to study what measures the organization can take  for improvement it.
