Effects of exercise on people with type 2 diabetes (on the example of khentii province)

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of life of clients with diabetes, we developed a program in collaboration with endocrinologists, EMT doctors, dieticians, other medical specialists, and physical trainers, and we present the results of the study and documentation of some clients in this program for 3 months. Peripheral glucose levels were measured before and after exercise to monitor. As a result, it was determined that the level of peripheral blood glucose after exercise decreased by 0.3 mmol/l-0.6 mmol/l compared to the level of glucose before exercise. The results show that clients who did at least 30 minutes of active movement continuously for 3 months reduced their body weight by 3.75%-7.0% and improved their control, lowering the 3-month average sugar level /HbA1c/ by 1.14-1.21%.
