Social exclusion: diversity of uses and concepts

Abstract

The concept of "social exclusion" refers to the general idea of "being outside of social relations" in terms of meaning and content, and by analyzing some research reports and results conducted in Mongolia, there is few or no research related to this concept.

In some studies, the framework of the concept is often defined without a precise definition, and in some cases, it is equivalent to the meaning "differentiation, discrimination, none inclusion". However, it is quite common that some aspects of the concept and content are touched upon, but they are used in a conditional manner without specifying the limits of the established formula, meaning, and content. In this article, we aim to explain how the concept of social exclusion is understood and used, and it is intended to give a reasonable explanation for the formulation that can be rational from the proposed concepts.
