Mongolian Perestroika: internal factors

Abstract

This article is considered internal factors of Mongolian “perestroika” during 1988-1989. Batmunkh and his team had started mongolian version of perestoika from 1988 V central committee plenium. There are several important factors infliunced Mongolian perestroika. It is ilcluding limited free media, economic cricis, nationalistis idea, multycandidate system, ruling party’s internal reform and scholar’s debate. Author concluded Mongolian internal factor is impontant to infliunce to eshtablished new protest movement and regime change process.
