Historically, that the Mongol society, including government censorship, referred to violence on the screen is much more tolerant than, for example, to erotica, and even more so - to pornography. In 1930 years the violent scenes they most frequently in detective stories, mystery, crime dramas and melodramas, but the main "carriers" of violence on the screen were the military and so-called "revolutionary history" drama and adventure strip. Mystical stories with horror films were completely removed from the repertoire, and westerns detectives relegated to third or even the fourth plan. Just want to point out that now is difficult to determine exactly how many Mongolian films was delivered in the last 10-15 years.
I did a content analysis of the Mongolian repertoire 2010-2012 for the presence in it of violence (fighting, beatings, killings, summary executions, rape, images of the human deaths due to wars and natural disasters, etc.).
The structure of the paper can be represented as follows. First, we show interrelation between cinematography and society. Then we present the results of sociological research.
