Sociological analysis of employment services for the target group of citizens

Abstract

Supporting the employment of the target group influences overcoming multifaceted social problems (poverty, crime, etc.) and overcoming vulnerability. In today's situation, some progress has been made in the implementation of profiling methodology. As part of the research work, the goal was to clarify employment services for target groups based on qualitative research methodology. According to the results of the study, the target group of citizens is covered by unified services for employment, labor training and support of temporary jobs, however, these groups cannot be provided with specialists dealing with labor issues in a unified and accessible form.
