Ensuring gender equality in the political sphere of Mongolia: problems and solutions

Abstract

In this article, the fulfillment of the obligations assumed at the international level in the field of ensuring gender equality in the political sphere of Mongolia and the implementation of the system for ensuring gender equality in the country were considered. It is based on international agreements of Mongolia, the Constitution of Mongolia, the Law on Ensuring Gender Equality/Gender Equality, and other laws and regulations. In doing so, how gender equality is implemented in the political sphere is evaluated and analyzed.
